I'm Sonya, a Charlotte-based wedding photographer documenting celebrations throughout North Carolina and beyond. Working across digital, 35mm, and medium format film, with Super 8 wedding films available, I create photographs that feel artful, personal, and true to the atmosphere of the day.
My approach is shaped by a love of fashion, an eye for the finer details, and an appreciation for candid moments. I take time to understand your priorities, balancing direction with observation.

That level of care we’ll always be grateful for.
And of course, the photos. They are perfect. Sonya captured our day so beautifully and authentically. Every photo feels natural, genuine, and completely us. She has such a creative eye and an incredible ability to capture moments.
