An Intimate Celebration at Legare Waring House Inspired by Good Design and Great Company

Originally from Tennessee, Hannah and Peyton chose Charleston as the backdrop for a destination wedding that brought together eighteen of their closest family members and friends, including the little ones. Set beneath the Spanish moss and historic oaks of Legare Waring House, the celebration carried the warmth of an intimate backyard gathering while embracing all the charm of one of the South's most iconic properties.


The day unfolded with private vows, meaningful family moments, and dinner beneath the open sky. Personal touches were woven throughout, from Hannah's reception dress inspired by her mother's 1980s wedding gown to a classic getaway car photo recreating a portrait of her grandparents. Grounded in faith and family, the celebration felt heartfelt, joyful, and unmistakably their own.
