Ji & Leon
WHERE EDITORIAL STYLE MEETS TROPICAL INFLUENCE

Set against the rolling hills of Keswick, Virginia—Ji and Leon’s wedding unfolded as a day shaped by intention and unmistakable style. Their celebration moved through distinct chapters, each with its own aesthetic universe: soft and romantic for the garden ceremony, cinematic and editorial during portraits, and in the evening, tropical, electric, and joyfully unrestrained as the night came alive. With five (yes, five) dress changes, their wedding became part runway, part love story, and entirely their own.
Surrounded by those closest to them, Ji and Leon moved through the morning with a grounded ease, and a hint of mischief. Ji surprised Leon with a prank first look using one of the groomsmen, a moment that set the tone for a day filled with playful, heartfelt surprises. The sun emerged just after a few rain showers as the ceremony began, framing a romantic and serene setting against the mountain backdrop.
The tented, tropical-inspired reception opened with another surprise: Leon serenading Ji with a song in Korean, drawing both laughter and tears from the crowd. From there, the celebration only intensified. The newlyweds performed their choreographed first dance, which seamlessly transformed into a hip-hop number. Bubbles drifted across the dance floor as an R&B and rap-heavy playlist—paired with a vibrant crowd spanning all generations—kept the energy high. Later, the two took the mic together for a performance of 'Hollaback Girl' that had the entire tent joining.
Every moment, whether spontaneous or thoughtfully curated, wove together to create a layered narrative that felt as editorial as it was heartfelt. Their day embraced individuality and radiated the kind of fun, expressive energy that defines them both—a story told through fashion, feeling, and genuine personality.
